Fr. Garry's Wish List
Over the past few years we have been in lockdown mode,
now with Covid entering the endemic stage we hope to see a renewal of participation at Mass.
In preparation, there are a few items that need to be replaced and some new items we would like to attain.
Please consider helping support the purchase of these items below.
Since Friday, we have received so many of the much needed items thanks to your generosity.
We are still in need of the altar candles below.
If you wish to support, please make monetary donation using the link below!
Thank you for supporting St. Thomas More Catholic Church and it ministry!
Item's Received! Our new Monstrance - Thank You! Thank you for the gift of our new monstrance. It comes with a solid carrying case so that when we have Mass on campus it will not get damaged in transport as our last monstrance did. |
|
Lectionary - Thank you for your generosity! The current ambo lectionary is old, damaged, and hanging together with duct tape.... a new one is badly needed. |
|
Missal - Thank you for your gift to St. Thomas More! Our current Roman Missal is very heavy, and the tabs are torn and missing. This newer light weight missal and will allow Fr. Garry and Fr. Vincent to hold it more easily during the Mass. |
|
Liturgical Vestments - Received! Thank you! Our liturgical vestments are showing their age and we would like to purchase new ones. Please prayerfully consider supporting the purchase of these much needed garments. Red chasuble is for Pentecost and honoring martyrs of the church and the green is for ordinary time. The rose chasuble is designated for use on the third Sunday of Advent, Gaudete Sunday, and the fourth Sunday of Lent, Laetare Sunday. It represents a time of joy amid a period of penance and prayer. |
