Dear Friends,
Every year I find myself reflecting during the Advent season. While Advent is supposed to be a time of waiting and anticipation, I am always in a state of reflection and prayer. I find it extremely humbling and inspiring to reflect on the goodness and omnipresence of God. In that reflection also comes a sense of urgency and anticipation of what is to come – the birth of Jesus Christ and all that will bring. May your Advent be a time of prayer and reflection.

I want to take this opportunity
to ask you to make a Christmas Gift (Click Here) to our Newman Center. We depend on you to continue our ministry at St. Thomas More. |
We are here to serve this parish community of students, faculty, staff, and parishioners who share in our mission.
Your Christmas Gift allows St. Thomas More to be a beacon of light to so many who walk through its doors. Whether they are first-year college students, a couple seeking marriage, or someone interested in becoming Catholic, St. Thomas More is a place of inspiration, hope, learning, and comfort.

We must always be prepared because none of us know the day or the hour, we simply know that the Lord will come again, as promised. His first coming was such that his divinity was only seen through the eyes of faith. Now Christ comes to be with us, moment by moment, day by day, and again seen only through the eyes of faith.
When He comes again, at the end of the age, there will be no mystery, no confusion, every eye shall see him. |
Your generosity over these many years has been inspiring! My heartfelt thanks to you. This year, please bless us with a Christmas Gift (Click Here). |
