How long does it take to process a record request?
Processing time may vary depending on your request. Generally, it takes up to 2-3 business days to complete a Sacramental record search.
To ensure a timely response, please be sure to provide as much information as you can recall in your records request.

I'm getting married, and my Pastor has asked me for a "Baptismal certificate with notations"; what does this mean?
If you are getting married in the Catholic Church, you will need to submit copies of your Sacramental certificates to the Church in which you will be celebrating your marriage.
The easiest way to obtain records of your Baptism, First Communion, and Confirmation is by receiving a copy of your Baptismal certificate with notations.
Here at St. Thomas More, we always complete a Baptismal certificate request with notations of any other Sacraments you've celebrated that are on record here at our Church.

I am unable to visit your Church to pick up my certificate. How can I receive a copy of my certificate of Baptism, Confirmation, etc.?
Upon completing your request, our Parish Office staff will mail an official copy of your certificate to the mailing address listed on your request form.
