FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When and where is our next retreat?
Our next retreat is at ​​St. Benedict Lodge, 56630 N. Bank Road, in McKenzie Bridge, Oregon.
​Dates are always posted above when information is released!
When do we leave and return?
We will leave at around 4:00 pm on Friday and will return early Sunday afternoon.
Will there be time to do homework?
Yes! We know many students use the weekend to do homework.
​We provide ~4 hours of free time during each retreat, which can be used to do homework if needed.
How much does the retreat cost?
Cost is $50 per student, with lodging and all meals included. ​
Register and Pay by midnight on Apr 29.
Don't let the cost stop you from coming; ​contact Corinne Lopez about retreat scholarships!!
Do I need to provide my own transportation?
We will carpool there and back.
We ask Newman students with cars if they are available to drive others
​so we can get everyone there!
What should I bring?
Don't forget to bring a pillow, a sleeping bag, warm clothes, a towel, toiletries, shower shoes, a journal, a water bottle, homework, and hiking shoes if you have them.

Packing List:
  • Clothes for Friday night - Sunday morning
  • Toiletries (towel, shampoo & conditioner, hairbrush, etc.
  • Bible & a journal (if desired)
  • Sleeping bag
  • Umbrella & raincoat (weather dependent)
  • hiking shoes (if you are interested in participating in hiking)
  • water bottle
  • homework (there will be free time to do homework if needed)
  • phone charger
  • personal medication(s)
